VoiceConsole Overview
VoiceConsole is available for both On Prem and Cloud deployments. A VoiceConsole On Prem deployment is installed only within a customer-managed environment. A VoiceConsole Cloud deployment is an installation that uses Honeywell SaaS for a Cloud-only solution.
When you first install VoiceConsole, you will have limited access and options within the application. To activate all of the functionality, you must first import the license file provided by Honeywell Voice. The license file ensures that all purchased functionality and languages are available.
When you first access VoiceConsole that is a VoiceConsole Cloud deployment, all functions are available as the license is already activated.
If you have multiple sites to be managed by either deployment of an instance of VoiceConsole, configure each site. Each can have multiple users, operators, devices, and so on.
If there will be more than one user accessing VoiceConsole, you can also configure each of them. There are different permissions for each user role, providing security options for the various users.
To configure and run voice-operated devices, including Honeywell Voice devices, you must import radio firmware and VoiceClient files. These will later be loaded onto devices.
