VoiceConsole On Prem Deployment Basics

Basics of an On Prem Deployment
- The customer is responsible for providing the servers used for VoiceConsole and the database. These servers can be local or in a customer-managed Cloud environment.
- Customers are responsible for any VoiceConsole upgrades.
- Customers must handle licensing either via a local licensing server or a legacy license.
- There is no integration with Honeywell Operational Intelligence and Forge Performance+ in an On Prem deployment.
Plan for an On Prem Deployment
Set up an environment with the necessary resources to support :
- Server Requirements: Requirements for the server running a VoiceConsole On Prem deployment
- Network Bandwidth: Bandwidth necessary to support VoiceConsole network traffic at peak times
- Client Requirements: Requirements for a PC accessing the VoiceConsole interface
Gather Information necessary to properly license VoiceConsole:
- Number of devices
- Desired features
Obtain software and license for installation.

Initial Access
When VoiceConsole 6.2 is first accessed it is necessary to visit the Configure License page and select a license option. After a license option is selected, the appropriate license actions are displayed.
There are two admin accounts for initial access to VoiceClient.
Updating VoiceConsole Software
When updates are available the user must plan for and install these updates. See Prepare to Upgrade VoiceConsole On Prem Deployment.
