Plan Your VoiceConsole SaaS Deployment

This section applies only to a VoiceConsole SaaS deployment.

The VoiceConsole SaaS deployment installation is performed by Honeywell. Any patches or updates are also performed by Honeywell.

The installation capacity may be adjusted by Honeywell when a license is requested to support additional devices.

Deployment Types

Production

The production environment is the live environment for users.

When enrolling, the customer can choose their Upgrade Wave.

Production deployments are eligible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Non-Production

The non-production environment is a demo or test environment.

The non-production environment is always the latest versions. UAT is not available for the non-production environment.

Licensing Volumes

The minimum number of licenses is 20 per environment. These can be split as the customer desires if they have multiple environments. For example, the production environment could have 35 licenses and non-production environment could have 5 licenses.

If a customer requires more than 2700 licensees, regionalization is required.
