Operational Intelligence

Click the link in the VoiceConsole interface to access the Operational Intelligence portal. Enter your credentials to access Operational Intelligence.

• Access to Operational Intelligence depends on the licensing tier. Contact your Honeywell representative for more information.
• Only A700x, A700XP, and Android devices provide information to Operational Intelligence.
  • A700x A700x and A700XP devices are configured for Operational Intelligence by importing an onboarding file from Operational Intelligence into VoiceConsole. This file is used for device profile creation and can support multiple devices. For more information, see Upload Operational Intelligence File.

• The Roles feature can be used to hide the Operational Intelligence link for user-defined roles.
