Edit Task Packages

Edit a VoiceArtisan Task Package

1. Under Navigation, click Task Packages.
2. In the View Task Packages list, select the task package that you want to edit.
3. Under Task Package Actions, select Edit selected task package.

   The Edit Task Package page opens.

4. Modify the existing information in the fields as necessary.
5. To edit, add, or delete a phonetic substitution:
1. Select the Phonetic Sub tab.
2. Use the Filter by locale drop-down to sort the list entries.
• To edit, select the row that you want to edit, edit the proper fields, and click to commit changes
• To add, enter the information in the proper fields, and click to add a row
• To delete, select the row that you want to delete, and click to delete the row

The Phrase field is case sensitive. An entry of "Talkman" is different from an entry of "talkman."

6. To edit, add, or delete an embedded training prompt:
   1. Select the Embedded Training tab.
• To edit, select the row that you want to edit, edit the proper fields, and click to commit changes
• To add, enter the information in the proper fields, and click to add a row
• To delete, select the row that you want to delete, and click to delete the row
7. Click Save Changes.

Edit a TaskBuilder Task Package

1. Under Navigation, click Task Packages.
2. In the View Task Packages list, select the task package that you want to edit.
3. Under Task Package Actions, select Edit selected task package.
   
   The Edit Task Package page opens.
4. Modify the existing information in the fields as necessary.
5. Click Save changes.
