Create Operators
When a new operator is created, the operator must review and provide consent to the Operator Privacy Notice in a VoiceConsoleSaaS deployment. This feature is optional in a VoiceConsoleOn Prem deployment.
VoiceConsole records operator privacy consent status but does not restrict functionality based on consent status. When privacy consent is required, mobile voice devices can verify whether an operator has provided consent and restrict access to specific functions for operators who have not provided consent.
For more information, see DevKit Release Notes for Android devices and the VoiceCatalyst Release Notes for A700x and A700XP devices.
- From the VoiceConsole tab, select the Operator Management tab.
- Under Navigation, click Operators.
- Under Operator Actions, select Create new operator.
The Create Operator page opens. - Enter the required information for the new operator. If operator teams are available, select the team to add the new operator to.
- Click Save and Create Another to save the operator and create another operator or select Create operator to save the operator.
If multiple sites are configured, VoiceConsole creates the operator only in the site currently displayed.

Once generated, the OTP is valid for 2 hours. If it expires, a new OTP must be generated.
