Associate and Disassociate a Voice with Operators
A default voice is loaded onto a device, either through a device profile load or a voice load. Operators can either hear the default voice, or they can associate a voice with an operator. If an operator is using a device and the Automatic Operator Load feature is enabled, the voice associated to the operator is automatically loaded after the operator is loaded. The operator will hear this voice while performing tasks. You can associate a voice with an operator by selecting operators on the View Operators page or by selecting operator teams on the View Operator Teams page.
You can only associate a voice with an operator if you have imported a VoiceClient version 3.5 or newer, which includes compatible voices.
When you disassociate a voice from operators or operator teams, the operators will hear the default voice.
