Schedules
Schedules define when system processes should run. You can define a different schedule for each process. So, you may specify for a data import process to happen every minute, while a data export process may run every five minutes.

VoiceConsole offers the following schedules:
Battery Check Job
The Battery Check schedule helps you identify batteries that have not been used by a device recently. Leaving a battery in the charger for long periods of time can erode the life expectancy. By identifying these unused batteries, they can be found and placed back in the rotation for device usage.
Refer to recommended best practices for extending the life of your batteries.
This schedule is enabled by default.
Battery Health Check Job
The Battery Health Check provides an assessment of battery health and need for replacement based on the thresholds set in VoiceConsole. Battery thresholds for each site can be set on the Configure Battery Threshold page. The Battery Health Check schedule generates notifications for all batteries in a site with a Battery Health of "Replace Soon" or "Replace Now", and list each affected battery with its serial number. Set the frequency at which this notification is generated, or disable it, from the Edit Configuration page.
This schedule is enabled by default.
Device Logs Purge Job
The job reads the value for Purge device logs older than (days) from the System Configuration. When ran, any device long files older than the specified threshold are deleted from the server. This job is disabled by default. It can be enabled and the schedule configured from the Edit Configuration page.
This schedule is enabled by default.
Device Profile Load Job
The job loads the site's default profile onto any devices in the site which aren't already loaded with the default profile. This job is disabled by default. It can be enabled and the schedule configured from the Edit Configuration page. The maximum number of devices that can be profile-loaded simultaneously is set from the System Configuration page under Other Configuration.
This schedule is disabled by default.
Purge / Archive Job
Purging and archiving data is done to control the size of the live database. Once data has been purged, it is gone and can no longer be viewed. You can determine how many days worth of data is kept for each type of record: Inactive Action Items, Device Messages, Closed Device Logs, Job Histories, and Notifications on the System Configuration page.

Software Update Job
Only available for VoiceConsole On Prem deployment.
The Software Updates job connects to a server and checks if there are any updates are available.

System Data Job
