View Selected Role

For VoiceConsole On Prem deployment, if you add a new role or change role privileges in a clustered implementation, you must reboot all the application servers in the cluster for that information to be updated in all the systems.

  1. Under Administration, navigate to the Operator Management tab.
  2. Under the Administration tab, click Roles.
  3. In the View Roles list, select the role that you want to view.
  4. Under Role Actions, select View selected role.
    The View Role page opens.
  5. To change any user details, use the Edit this role feature.
  6. to delete the current role, select Delete this role.

An Administrator role cannot be viewed or edited.
