Honeywell Operational Intelligence
Honeywell Operational Intelligence provides optimized warehouse processes and device management through specific data and actionable insights. Honeywell VoiceCatalyst can be configured and integrated with the Honeywell Operational Intelligence platform to deliver the specific events and telemetry data to VoiceCatalyst users. The data includes information such as basic device, serial number, battery, and network information.
To enable Operational Intelligence analytics for VoiceCatalyst data, a device profile must be created first. Visit the Device Profiles page for detailed instructions.
VoiceCatalyst 4.8 and later sends information to the Operational Intelligence Platform. Information is reported in the following dashboards:

Battery Health: Battery life telemetry data and device battery status are reported with some information available by device, site, and/or type

Device Usage and Connectivity: Device status and device specific information are available

Mobile Computers: Device usage levels are available by device and/or site
By default, A700x devices send telemetry data to the Operational Intelligence platform every four (4) hours. For more information on configuring this parameter, reference VoiceCatalyst 4.8 release notes.
VoiceConsole 6.3 or later is required to support Operational Intelligence in an On Prem (Hybrid) deployment. VoiceConsole 6.1 or later is required to support Operational Intelligence in a SaaS deployment. For more information contact Honeywell Support.
