VoiceNotes and Memos
The VoiceNotes page displays the audio transcriptions and other data associated with each VoiceNote. Audio transcriptions and other data associated with each memo is displayed under the View memos table component located on the Assignments page.
With the appropriate permissions, view the data and transcriptions using the action link on this page.

| Operator | The identifier of the technician who recorded the VoiceNote. |
| Operator Name | The technician who recorded the VoiceNote. |
| Transcription | The current transcription for the audio VoiceNote. |
| Audio File Name | The file containing the VoiceNote recording. |
| Created At | The date/time when the technician recorded the VoiceNote. |
| Modified By | The user who last edited the VoiceNote transcription. |
| Modified Date | The date/time when the transcription was last edited. |
| Assignment ID | The unique identifier of the assignment in which the VoiceNote was recorded. |
| Work ID | The identifier spoken by a technician to request the assignment in which the VoiceNote was recorded. |
| Original Transcription | The audio transcription automatically produced by the system. |
| Transcribed Date | The date/time that the system transcribed the VoiceNote recording. |
| Exported | A yes/no field indicating if the VoiceNote has been exported through the user interface in order to provide data to Honeywell for recognition analysis. |
Edit Transcriptions
To edit VoiceNotes or memo transcriptions, go to the Assignments page and click the Review and submit selected assignment action link.
