Devices
Select Devices on the left vertical menu of the Enterprise Voice user interface to access information about devices. All devices that have signed in to the application are displayed. The following information is shown for each device. You must have proper permissions to see the Devices page.
- Device ID
- Product
- Product Version
- Lease Issue Time
- Lease Release Time
LEASE ISSUE TIME shows the time that an operator signed in to the application on the device. LEASE RELEASE TIME shows the time that the operator properly signed off of the application on the device.
If an operator does not properly log off of the application on the device, e.g., an operator turns off the device or shuts down the application and did not log off of the application, the lease continues to be active for that device until the active hours reach the default lease hours. The License Info page shows the default lease hours in the Lease Length (Hours) field.
History
Click the information icon in the HISTORY column to open the Device History dialog box for a device. The history records are preserved for a configurable number of days (n).
