View and Delete Operator Voice Templates

An operator voice template is the information that is necessary for a device to recognize a single word spoken by a specific operator. The first time that an operator uses a particular task, the operator is forced to train voice templates for all of the vocabulary words found in that task. The device then uses these templates to recognize the operator's voice when the operator speaks the vocabulary words to the device.

If operators state that devices are having difficulty understanding particular vocabulary words, you should ask the operator to retrain those words. If you want to ensure that an operator retrains words, delete the templates so that the operator is forced to retrain words when the operator uses a particular task.
