Cloud Licensing

Cloud licensing is available for VoiceConsole SaaS deployments.

Cloud Licensing Process

1. The Cloud Server ID was entered by Honeywell when the license was created. If necessary Honeywell updates the Cloud Server ID. The Cloud Server ID cannot be changed by the user.
2. Ensure that Cloud Licensing is selected on the Configure License screen. The Cloud Server ID is displayed on this screen.
3. The user can use the Test Connection To Licensing Server to verify VoiceConsole can connect with the Cloud Licensing Server.
4. VoiceConsole automatically updates the license details on the View License screen.
