Delete Operators

When you delete an operator, it is deleted only for the site that you are currently viewing.  

If the current site is the only one to which an operator is assigned, that operator is permanently deleted. Deleted operators cannot be restored.

Delete One or More Operators

1. From the VoiceConsole tab, select the Operator Management tab.
2. Under Navigation, click Operators. 
3. In the View Operators list, select the operators that you want to delete in the View Operators list.
4. Under Operator Actions, select Manage Operators > Delete selected operators.
5. Click Yes, delete the operators in the Delete Confirmation dialog box.

Delete a Single Operator

1. In the Search Options text box, type the name of the operator.
2. Click Go.
3. Select the operator that you want to delete on the Search Results page.
   
4. Under Operator Actions, select Manage Operators > Delete this operator. 
5. Click Yes, delete the operators in the Delete Confirmation dialog box.
