Create Operator Teams

1. From the VoiceConsole tab, select the Operator Management tab.
2. Under Navigation, click Operator Teams. 
3. Under Operator Team Actions, select Create new operator team.
   The Create Operator Team page opens.
4. Enter the appropriate information for the new operator team. Assign any available operators that you want to add to this team.
5. Click Create operator team. 

If there are multiple sites set up in the system, the operator team is only created for the site that you are currently viewing. You can assign this operator team to another site.
