Remove Operators from Operator Teams

Remove Operators from an Operator Team by Selecting the Operator Team

1. From the VoiceConsole tab, select the Operator Management tab.
2. Under Navigation, click Operator Teams.  
3. In the View Operator Teams list, select the operator team from which you want to remove operators.
4. Under Operator Team Actions, select Manage operator teams > Edit selected operator team.
   The Edit Operator Team page opens.
5. In the Select operators for this team section, deselect operators that you want to remove from the operator team.
6. Click Save Changes.

Remove Operators from an Operator Team by Selecting Operator Team on the View Operator Teams Page

1. From the VoiceConsole tab, select the Operator Management tab.
2. Under Navigation, click Operator Teams. 
3. In the View Operator Teams list, select the operator team from which you want to remove operators.
4. In the View Operators list, select the operators that you want to remove.
5. Under Operator Actions, select Remove selected operators from selected teams.
   The Remove Operators From Teams confirmation box opens.
   
6. Click Yes, delete the selected operators from the selected teams.
