Import Operator Teams

Operator teams are exported to a zip file with the Export operator teams function. The zip file contains the operator team information plus the operator information for each operator in the team.

To import this operator team information:

1. From VoiceConsole, select Operator Management.
2. Under Navigation, click Operator Teams. 
3. Under Operator Team Actions, select Move Operator Teams > Import operator teams.
4. Browse to select an operator teams export file.
5. Click Next.
6. Review any conflicts listed.
7. Click Import Operator Teams to complete the export.

The import brings in the:

• Operator team information (team name, spoken name, description)
• Operators belonging to the team
• Templates

Import Checks

• New operator team: If a new operator team (that does not exist on the target) is imported, the new team is added to any existing teams. The associated operators are also imported.
• Updated operator teams: If the operator team already exists in the target, the information is updated upon import. The operator team must have the same team name and spoken name in the import file and the target system. Operator teams are selected to import by default, but can be deselected as desired.
• Conflicts with existing operator teams: If an operator team exists in the target and in the import file, but the information is not identical, the operator team is not imported into the target.
