Removing Devices from View
You can remove devices from view so that they do not display anywhere in the VoiceConsole user interface. This can be useful if, for example, you want to remove all devices from view that have been sent out for repair.
A device that has been removed from view appears again the next time that it connects to VoiceConsole.
Remove One or More Devices from View
- From the VoiceConsole tab, select the Device Management tab.
- Under Navigation, click Devices.
- In the View Devices list, select the devices that you want to remove.
- Under Device Actions, select Manage Devices > Remove selected devices.
- In the Remove Confirmation pop-up, click Yes, remove the selected devices.
Remove a Single Device from View
- In the Search Options text box, type the name or serial number of the device.
- Click Go.
The View Device page for that device appears, or a View Devices results page containing all devices matching what you typed appears. If the results page appears, select the desired device from that page. - Under Device Actions, select Manage Devices > Remove selected devices.
- In the Remove Confirmation pop-up, click Yes, remove the selected devices.
