Enable Devices

Devices are disabled when action items on the device exceed the limit set by the ActionItemQueueLimit advanced setting. Once you enable a device that has exceeded the limit: action items are cleared, the device state changes to Off, and the device begins communicating with VoiceConsole.

  1. From the VoiceConsole tab, select the Device Management tab.
  2. Under Navigation, click Devices.
  3. In the View Devices list, select the devices that you want to enable.
  4. Under Device Actions, select Manage Devices > Enable selected devices.
  5. In the Enable selected devices confirmation pop-up, click Yes, enable selected devices.
