Enable Devices
Devices are disabled when action items on the device exceed the limit set by the ActionItemQueueLimit advanced setting. Once you enable a device that has exceeded the limit: action items are cleared, the device state changes to Off, and the device begins communicating with VoiceConsole.
- From the VoiceConsole tab, select the Device Management tab.
- Under Navigation, click Devices.
- In the View Devices list, select the devices that you want to enable.
- Under Device Actions, select Manage Devices > Enable selected devices.
- In the Enable selected devices confirmation pop-up, click Yes, enable selected devices.
