Clear Device Pairings

Clear a Pairing Between Device and Printer or Bluetooth Peripheral

1. From the VoiceConsole tab, select the Device Management tab.
2. Under Navigation, click Devices.
3. In the View Devices list, select the device for which you want to clear the pairing.
4. Under Device Actions, select Edit selected device.
   The Edit Device page opens.
5. In the Peripherals section, click Clear in the Action column in the row of the pairing to be cleared.

   If a Display was paired from the Display and not in VoiceConsole, you must clear the pairing from the Display.

6. Click Save changes.

Clear a Pairing Between Device and Printer or Bluetooth Peripheral in Bulk

1. Create a text file, leaving the settings listed in Pair Devices with Peripherals in Bulk for each device you want to clear blank.

2. From the VoiceConsole tab, select the Device Management tab.
3. Under Navigation, click Devices.
4. Under Device Actions, select Import peripheral pairings.
   The Import Peripheral Pairings page opens.
5. Browse for the text file that you created, and enter it in the Peripheral Pairings Files (.txt) text box.
6. Click Import pairing file.
