Delete Device Profiles

Only device profiles that are not currently being loaded onto devices can be deleted.

Delete One or More Device Profiles

  1. From the VoiceConsole tab, select the Device Management tab.
  2. Under Navigation, click Device Profiles.
  3. In the View Device Profiles list, select the device profiles that you want to delete.
  4. Under Device Profile Actions, select Delete selected device profiles.
  5. In the Delete Confirmation pop-up, click Yes, delete the profiles.

Delete a Single Device Profile

You can delete a single device profile using the procedure described above. But if you want to delete only one profile, the following procedure is more efficient.

  1. In the Search Options text box, type the name of the device profile.
  2. Click Go.
    The View Device Profile page for that device appears or a View Device Profiles results page containing all device profiles matching what you typed appears. If the results page appears, select the desired device profile from that page.
  3. Click the Delete this device profile action.
  4. In the Delete Confirmation pop-up, click Yes, delete the profiles.
