Export Headset Report

You can export a report as a comma-separated values (.csv) file that lists all active headsets in the system. The report is for both wired and wireless headsets. If you have multiple sites, the report lists headsets per site, as well as a total of all headsets across all sites.

If you have multiple sites, headsets are reported in the site they were in when they last communicated with VoiceConsole.

1. From the VoiceConsole tab, select the Device Management tab.
2. Under Navigation, click Accessories.
3. Under Accessory Actions, click Export headset report.
4. Save or open the file.
   The .csv file opens in any program capable of viewing it, such as Microsoft Excel.

The report displays a count of all headsets in all sites, regardless of site permissions. You only need permissions to export the headset count for one site to be able to export the count for all sites.
