Export Data for One or More Accessories

You can export and save data for selected accessories from the database into a comma-separated value (.csv) file.

  1. From the VoiceConsole tab, select the Device Management tab.
  2. Under Navigation, click Accessories.
  3. In the View Accessories list, select the batteries for which you want to export data.
  4. Under Accessories Actions, select Export selected accessory data.

    5. A File Download dialog box opens.

  1. In the File Download dialog box, click Save.
  1. Enter a name and select a destination for the .csv file that contains the exported information.
  2. Click Save.

The data for the selected batteries are exported to a .csv file to the destination that you specified.
