Accessories

The View Accessories page displays the headsets and batteries in a site.

The power supply for T5 VMT Mobile Computers appears in the View Accessories page. The information provided should not be used to assess the power supply properties.

If you move a device across sites, you may see duplicate accessory data. After a device is moved, power it off and then on to show the accessory at the new site. The accessory will continue to show at the previous site, but its data will not be updated. Updates occur only at the site associated with the device.

Type

Specifies whether the accessory is a battery or a headset.

Model

Headsets

Wireless headsets are identified by model number (SRX3, SRX2, SRX-SL, SRX).

Wired headsets are identified by "Wired".

Batteries

Wireless headset batteries are identified by the headset model. The SRX2 and SRX3 share the same battery; so these batteries are identified as SRX/SRX3.

Device batteries are identified as Talkman.

Serial Number

Accessory serial number.

First Communication

Date/time that a device carrying the battery first communicated with VoiceConsole.

Last Communication

Date/time that a device carrying the battery last communicated with VoiceConsole.

Manufactured Date

Year and week that the battery was manufactured.

Approximate Age

Accessory age in months.

Last Device

The last device with which the accessory was used.

Last Operator ID

The ID of the last operator who used the device.

Last Operator Name

The name of the operator associated with the operator ID.

Last Task Package

The last task package that was loaded onto the device.

Battery Health

Indicates the overall health status of the battery. There are three possible statuses:

Good: The battery is in good health and does not need to be replaced.

Replace Soon: The battery is still functioning, but should be replaced in the near future.

Replace Now: The battery may still function, but should be replaced immediately.

This is only available for A700/A700x-series devices and SRX2/SRX3 batteries.

Charge Cycles

The number of times that the battery was charged. This is only available for A700/A700x-series devices and SRX2/SRX3 batteries.

Full Capacity

The maximum charge that the battery can hold when fully charged.

This is only available for A700/A700x-series devices.

Design Capacity

The maximum charge that the battery was designed to hold.

This is only available for A700/A700x-series devices.

Last Headset

The serial number of the last headset with which the battery was used. This is only available for SRX2/SRX3 batteries.

Status

The current status of the accessory. Options include Active, Lost, Broken, and Out for Repair. This field only applies to headsets.

Repair Count

The number of times that the accessory had been sent out for repair. This field only applies to headsets.

Software Version

The current version of headset software running on the SRX2 or SRX3 headset. This is only available for SRX3 headsets or SRX2 headsets used with devices running VoiceCatalyst 2.1 and newer.
