Create New Role

For each role, you can grant access to specific features by checking them. The role does not have access to perform any unchecked feature. If you grant the ability to perform an action on a page, you must also grant the ability to view that page.

For VoiceConsole On Prem deployment, if you add a new role or change role privileges in a clustered implementation, you must reboot all the application servers in the cluster for that information to be updated in all the systems.

1. Under the Administration tab, click Roles.
2. Under Role Actions, select Create new role.
   The Create Role page opens.
3. Enter the appropriate information for the new role. Select the features to be available for this role.
4. Click Create role.
