Test Critical Notification

Use this option to send a test critical notification to verify the notification functionality.

If you want critical notifications to be automatically emailed to one or more specific users, do the following for each user who should receive these email alerts:

1. Ensure that the user is assigned a role that grants the ability to view notifications.
2. Ensure that the user email address is part of the user record.
3. Ensure that the Outgoing SMTP host information is provided for the system configuration.
