Logs

Logs track user activities in the VoiceConsole application and are useful for analyzing unexpected situations or issues. Device logs are not included in this part of the application.

  1. Under the Administration tab, click Logs.
  2. To view a log, click on the Log Name in the View Logs list.
  3. To save a log as a zip file, select the log file and Under User Actions, select Save As Zip.

Table Features

Use Manage Filter to filter the items displayed.

The items shown in the table can be configured by clicking Add or Remove Columns.

Highlight one or more items and use Copy Selection to copy that information to the clipboard.

Display a printer-friendly version of the information by clicking Printable Version.

Log Details

The following details are displayed.

  • Log Name: Name of the log.

  • Type: The type of the log, such as Error or Archive..

  • Size: File size of the log in bytes.

  • Modified: The date/time the log file was last modified.
