Logs
Logs track user activities in the VoiceConsole application and are useful for analyzing unexpected situations or issues. Device logs are not included in this part of the application.
- Under the Administration tab, click Logs.
- To view a log, click on the Log Name in the View Logs list.
- To save a log as a zip file, select the log file and Under User Actions, select Save As Zip.
Name
Name of the log.
Type
The type of the log.
Size
File size of the log in bytes.
Date
Date the log file was created.
