Licensing Option Feature Availability

VoiceConsole operates in one of two modes depending on the type of license being used. This mode determines the availability of specific features as detailed below.

Check Your Mode

  1. Click the Administration tab.

  2. Select Licenses.

  3. Under License Actions click Configure License.

  4. One of the following types is shown as active:

    • Cloud Licensing (VoiceConsole SaaS deployments only)

    • Local Licensing (VoiceConsole On Prem deployments only)

    • Local Licensing (VoiceConsole On Prem deployments only)

  5. If Local License is selected, VoiceConsole is in Direct Work (DWS) mode.
