Apply License

This feature is only available when using Legacy Licensing. Legacy licensing can be used with either VoiceConsole SaaS or On Prem deployments.

When a new VoiceConsole SaaS deployment license is applied, it may take up to 10 minutes for the new license to be implemented. Only one license file is active at a time. Selecting an inactive license and applying it makes the previously active license inactive.

An inactive VoiceConsole license can be activated:

1. Under Administration, click Licenses.
2. Select a license from the list of licenses that is inactive.
3. Under License Actions, select Apply license.

The license file is activated.
