Automatic Voice Load with Automatic Operator Load and AutoOperLoadPromptInCurrentVoice Disabled
- The operator’s preferred voice begins loading when an operator’s associated headset is connected to the device.
- The device beeps and LED blinks red or rotates while the new voice loads.
- If the operator is using the same language but a different voice than previously loaded (for example, English (United States) 1 to English (United States) 4), the device speaks “Good night” in the new voice. If the operator is using a different language and voice than previously loaded (for example, English (United States) 1 to Spanish (Spain) 1), the device speaks “Current task is task name. Good night.” in the new voice. If no task is loaded, the device speaks “Good night” in the new voice.
- The device then goes to sleep.
- The operator presses the Play/Pause button.
- The device speaks “Please wait. Current operator is previously loaded operator name. Headset is associated with operator associated operator’s name. Press Operator button to load operator associated operator’s name. Press Play/Pause button to cancel” in the new voice.
- The operator presses the Operator button.
- If Automatic Task Load is enabled, the device speaks “Loading task. Task load
complete. Loading operator. Current operator is operator
name. N words not trained. Good night” in the new
voice while operator and task are loading. If Automatic Task Load is not
enabled, the device speaks “Loading operator. Current operator is
operator name. N words not trained.
Good night” in the new voice while operator is loading.
The amount of time between each prompt depends on the load time of the task and operator. If there are no words to be trained, the device only indicates what is being loaded.
- The operator can now begin the task.
