Importing License Files

Once VoiceConsole is installed, the license file must be imported into the system before you can use the application and the devices it manages.

To import a license file:

  1. Under Administration, click Licenses.
  2. Under License Actions, select Import license.

    The Import License page opens.

  3. Click Browse, and navigate to and select the file to import.
  4. Click Import License.
  5. After reading the license agreement, click I accept the license agreement located at the bottom of the page.

The license file is imported. Once the application is licensed, the licensee’s company name is displayed in the top right corner of the application.

Pick Up & Go Feature Licensing

A license is required to use Pick Up & Go for languages other than US English. Please contact your customer service representative.

  • If the A700x has Internet access and a Cloud Licensing Service configuration file, the Enterprise Voice Cloud Licensing Server is used to license the device for Pick Up & Go.

  • If the A700x has Internet access but does not have a Cloud Licensing Service configuration file, VoiceConsole must be used to license the device for Pick Up & Go.

  • If the A700x device does not have Internet access, VoiceConsole must be used to license the device for Pick Up & Go.

If Pick Up & Go for languages other than US English is not properly licensed, VoiceCatalyst uses the BlueStreak recognizer.
