BarcodePowerOffDelay

Description

Determines the amount of time to leave power to a scanner on after a scan has been completed. Power is enabled to the port when the task enters a barcode node.

If BarcodePowerOffDelay is infinite, power is enabled when the device is turned on. Power is disabled to the scanner port when the timeout value expires or device is put to sleep.

This parameter is set in seconds.

Valid Values

• 0 to 36000

• Any value above 36000 seconds does not turn power off until the device enters the sleep state

Default

• 0 = powers off scanner immediately after a scan is completed or canceled
