I can't hear device prompts
- Increase volume.
- Press Operator button and + or – buttons to scroll to "change speed," "change pitch," or "change speaker." (Talkman only)
What am I supposed to say?
- Say "ready" after your long number entry.
- Say "say again" for the device to repeat the prompt.
- Say "Talkman help" (Talkman) or "additional commands" (Android) to hear all valid responses.
- Say "options" to pick from a list.
- Say "details" to hear a help message.
Device won't take the number I'm saying
- Try saying "details" to find out if it wants a decimal or whole number entry.
- For long number entry, say "ready" at the end.
I made a mistake
- Say "undo last entry" to clear your last response and hear the prompt again.
Device can't understand me
Talkman:
Press Operator button on device after a voice prompt, then press + or – buttons to scroll menu:
- Say " retrain word" and select problem word to retrain your voice template.
- Say " noise sample" to adjust device to your work environment.
Android:
- Say "Vocollect retrain word" and select problem word to retrain your voice template.
- Say "Vocollect noise sample" to adjust device to your work environment.
I need tech support
- Say "Talkman report problem" to send a device log to your administrator. (Talkman only)
