Sign Off Operators

1. Navigate to Inspection > Operators page.
2. Select an operator.
3. Click the Sign off selected operators action link.
4. In the confirmation popup window, click Yes, sign off the operators

If the operator is out of wireless range when signed off, the device cannot deliver the message until he or she is back in range.

The system notifies the operator that he or she is signed off via voice message and prompts the operator to sign in again. A warning message appears if an operator is working on an assignment and someone attempts to sign them off.

The operator may perform a few inspection steps before the system can deliver the message. He or she would have to repeat those steps after signing in.
