Select Data Rows

Selected rows are highlighted in blue.

To select one data row, click on that row.

To select multiple data rows that are consecutive in a table, click the first row. Holding the Shift key, click the last row in the list of rows you want to select.

To select multiple data rows that are not consecutive in a table, click each row (in any order) while holding the [Ctrl] key.

Combine the methods for selecting consecutive rows and non-consecutive rows if selecting records where some are listed consecutively and some are not.
