Exporting a VoiceForm

The Export VoiceForm function in the user interface enables you to export current VoiceForms for import to another system. The export process creates a .zip file of the VoiceForm.

1. Log on to the VoiceCheck user interface.
2. On the VoiceForm Editor tab, select the VoiceForm from the drop-down menu in the navigation pane.
3. Click the Export selected VoiceForm navigation link.
4. Save the .zip file.

When exporting a VoiceForm, only the list item groups that are used in that VoiceForm are exported. List item groups that have not been defined in multiple list selection steps are not exported.
