Delete Users

Authorized users can delete user accounts from two different locations:

• Delete users that were created from the Users page and have no linked operator record via the Users > Delete selected users action link. These accounts cannot be deleted from the Operators page.
• Delete operator/user linked accounts from the Operators page using the Delete selected operators action link. An operator/user cannot be deleted if that operator is signed in to a device running a voice application. These accounts cannot be deleted from the Users page.
