Schedules
Schedules define when system processes should run. Define a different schedule for each process. For example, specify for a data import process to happen every minute, while a data export process may run every five minutes.
Schedule Types
VoiceCheck offers the following schedules:

Export Update Job | |
Purge Archive Job | After data is exported, it is available to be purged from the database in order to maintain efficient database performance. The purge archive job executes this process. |
VoiceNotes Transcription Job | When technicians record VoiceNotes, this job runs the audio through the transcription engine to provide text transcriptions on the Review and Submit Assignment page. |
View Schedules
View a schedule's properties by clicking the name of a schedule.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Process Name | Name of the process. |
Status | Must be set to enabled for the process to run. |
Type | Indicates whether a process is run in intervals or daily. |
Time | When run in intervals, there is a set time between process runs. When run daily, the process is run at the same time of day. |
Next Execution | The next time and date the process will run. |
Last Started | The last time and date the process started running. |
Last Finished | The last time and date the process stopped running. |
Last Result | The last result of the process. |
Last Details | Additional information about the last time the process ran. |
