License Troubleshooting

A warning message will appear at the top of the screen within 30 days of license expiration.

The following errors will appear on the mobile device if there are licensing issues.

Error: Invalid or no license
Solution: Obtain a new license through customer support.

Error: Maximum number of concurrent users exceeded
Solution: Sign users off until the account is under its limit. A license with a higher concurrent usage limit may be required.

Error: License has expired
Solution: Renew license.
