Unpair Your Headset

To unpair the secure pairing between a headset and device, use the following recommended method:

1. On your device, press and hold the Bluetooth icon in the status bar at the top of the screen, to open the Bluetooth screen.
2. Locate your headset in the Paired devices area on the screen.
3. Tap FORGET next to your headset.
   Your headset and device are unpaired.

When unpairing your SRX3 headset from an Android device, do not press the + and - buttons simultaneously. This procedure causes known issues with TTS and speech recognition.
