Enterprise Voice

Honeywell Enterprise Voice cloud-based service provides you with easy access to several system features. Enterprise Voice allows administrators to manage operators, voice templates, error reports/logs, product licenses, and other functions through the cloud.

Set up Enterprise Voice

Honeywell provides you with a link to the Enterprise Voice system along with login information for your designated administrator. You also receive a configuration file that enables you to connect your devices to Enterprise Voice.

To use Enterprise Voice, you need to be able to access required URLs. Ensure that you can access the following sites:
  • https://<*>.voice.honeywell.com
  • https://<*>.voice.api.honeywell.com

If your firewall blocks access to the sites, add the sites to your firewall exceptions.
