Data Privacy
Honeywell International Inc. and Hand Held Products, Inc., the data controller, may collect, use and share information including personal information from our customers and end users in connection with the deployment of this Software. We will collect personal information when you register this Software and provide us with your contact details, including but not limited to, your name, email, title, location and the company you work for. We will use the information for (i) Relationship management: facilitating communication with customers, employees and users for Software and it’s related services as performed; (ii) Service management: the provision and deployment of Software and related services, consultancy, data migration, installation of systems, provision of support and maintenance services, training, channel and/or supplier administration and support; (iii) Operating and managing the IT and communications systems, managing product and service development, improving existing and developing new products and services, research and development, managing company assets, allocating company assets and resources, strategic planning, project management, business continuity; and (iv) any other scope and purpose as described in the Company Agreement (i.e. the terms and conditions executed between your employer or related entities and us or our affiliates relating to the Software).
